We offer a 6-hour cancellation window for all orders.
(This means we can cancel and refund an order up to 6 hours after purchase.)
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re not able to accept cancellation requests.
To reduce unnecessary transport and CO₂ emissions, we ship orders directly from the place of manufacture to you, rather than routing through extra fulfilment centres.
This can add a little time — but it helps reduce the distance your order travels.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days. During busy seasons, it may take a little longer.
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Priority Processing is an upgrade that moves your order to the front of the dispatch queue in our warehouse/logistics system.
If you choose Insured Shipping, you’re eligible for a free replacement if your parcel is lost or stolen in transit.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If tracking hasn’t updated for a little while, it’s usually just a courier scanning delay — and your parcel will most likely still arrive within the delivery times above.
